We are actively recruiting 20-25 umpires for the upcoming season with umpire training in January and February and on the field training in March. Must be at least 12 years old to umpire at HLL. If you are interested in umpiring at HLL for 2023 take a minute to complete the umpire registration.
Recruiting is a critical part of the umpire program every year. Recruiting new experience and new umpires is critical to the success of the program. We hope to get around 30 of the existing 50 back for the 2023 season so that means that we need to recruit and train around 20 new umpires for the upcoming season.
